Our corporate advisory board is made up of top-class experts with experience and achievements in all areas that are important to our success.

Dr. Frank Vogel is Corporate Advisor to Venios and part-time Senior Consultant at INP after retiring after 30 years at GE in 2016. With GE, from 1986-2002 (Bently Nevada) he was responsible for various sales, service and marketing functions in Germany, Europe, USA, Middle East and Africa with turnover responsibility of approximately 100 MUSD and personnel responsibility up to 120 employees. Between 2002 and 2015, his main area of responsibility was the management and development of key accounts in Europe (Vattenfall, EnBW, Stadtwerke) and Frank led his team in a ONE-GE function (responsible for all product areas in the energy and public utilities sector in hardware, service and software with a sales responsibility of 300 MUSD). He studied chemistry/biochemistry at Justus Liebig University in Giessen.

Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Christian Rehtanz, 1968, studied electrical engineering and received his doctorate in 1997 in power engineering at Dortmund University of Technology. He habilitated in 2002 at ETH Zurich. Since 2000, he has held various executive positions at ABB in Switzerland and China. Since March 2007, he is head of the Institute for Energy Systems, Energy Efficiency and Energy Management (ie3) of Dortmund University of Technology. He is member of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences.

Dr. Roland Egerer is Managing Director of his own investment company Frankfurt Equitypartner. Before that he worked for more than 21 years in the private equity industry, of which for more than six years as a Senior Partner for Quadriga Capital after spending 15 years with Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG). During that time he headed the acquisition and monitoring of different portfolio companies, with a focus on industrials, technical services and energy equipment. Roland studied business engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, where he received his degree. He earned his doctorate (Dr. rer. oec.) at the University of St. Gallen.

Jan Stenger is Managing Partner at AUCKLAND PARTNERS. Jan Stenger has over 17 years experience in growth and transformation projects for technology-oriented companies and for the private equity industry. He has particularly deep expertise in High Tech (Internet / Cloud, IT, Telecommunications, Clean Tech) and digital agendas. After graduating as an industrial engineer at the University of Paderborn and studies at Clausthal University of Technology, Technical University Riga and London Business School, Jan Stenger began his professional career in 1998 at Roland Berger. As a senior consultant at Roland Berger and later as Principal at AT Kearney he supported European, American and Asian technology and private equity firms in transformation projects, sales programs and cost optimization – from implementation-oriented operations to cloud strategy topics – and developed High Tech business and teams.
As a Consultant he gained experience with personnel services in IT and Interim Management. Mr. Stenger has invested with his build up & Invest Company Companion Capital GmbH at Venios.
